Recognized for her ability to navigate between strategic, operational and tactical levels, Nina has driven organizational initiatives impacting up to 260,000 employees in over 180 countries. Her expertise spans talent management, succession planning, leadership development, coaching, change management, organizational design & culture, strategic planning, diversity & inclusion, learning strategy and more.

Nina's work enabling growth and transformation has been recognized with awards from the World Bank, New York University and ExecOnline. She has led human capital initiatives at Fortune 500 organizations with market caps up to $100B across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, IT, banking, consulting, and non-profits. As an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York University, Nina brings her practitioner experience to graduate programs, teaching cross-cultural communication, technology leadership, and organizational leadership to global students.

Holding an MBA from OneMBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas Sao Paulo, a program certified by five global universities and an MA in Marketing from Brazil, Nina's education is complemented by executive programs at Harvard, Wharton, Chicago Booth and Berkeley. As the former Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Information Technology for the Dutch Department of Defense, Peter led comprehensive IT operations across all armed forces branches, implementing transformative strategies that enhanced operational efficiency and technological capabilities. His subsequent work in the United States has included pivotal roles with prestigious organizations including SuperValu, Bank of America, the US Department of the Treasury, and the National Institute of Health (NIH), where he has been consistently recognized for driving business value through technology innovation.

In his role as Executive Manager Information Technology (CIO) and Vice President of Software Development at the Virginia Department of Public Health, Peter orchestrated significant improvements in service delivery and systems performance that impacted healthcare delivery across the state. His notable achievements include leading the global enterprise rollout of the Architecture Benefits Framework (EABF) for the Department of the Treasury, managing critical IT initiatives for Phacil, Inc., and successfully executing one of North America's largest data center transfers without service interruption for SuperValu-ER.

Peter holds dual Master's degrees in Information Sciences and Information Engineering from the University of Den Haag and an MA in Business Administration from the University of Twente, Netherlands. He has further enhanced his expertise with an Advanced Degree in Management of Information & Communication Technology from University Delft (TU). A Dutch national and proud American citizen, Peter maintains active membership in the CIO/CTO Technology Executive Network and various professional technology forums. Rear Admiral Jon W. Bayless, Jr., United States Navy (Ret)

Rear Admiral Bayless is a consultant to the Aerospace and Defense Industry, having previously led business development efforts across those sectors. He has since served as a Board Member and in an advisory capacity for several organizations.

Midwest, Commander, Harbor Defense Forces Western Pacific, and Commanding Officer, Patrol Squadron Sixty-Six. He has also guided units and activities ranging from 200 to 20,000 personnel in the areas of senior operations and program management. As Deputy Commander, Task Force Five Seven, he led a diverse Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aviation (MPRA) operation from the Persian Gulf during ENDURING FREEDOM in direct support on the global war on terrorism. He developed employment plans and led a coalition of US, UK, Canadian, Dutch, French, German, and Spanish forces based in 7 deployed locations over an area stretching 2400 miles. In 2009, he retired from active duty in his last assignment at the Pentagon as the Deputy Chief, Navy Reserve (OPNAV 095B).

Rear Admiral Bayless graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Systems Engineering and was designated a Naval Aviator in April 1981. He also completed executive level business programs at Babson College, the Kenan-Flagler Business School in Chapel Hill, NC and the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA. Among his personal military decorations are the Distinguished Service Medal, the Legion of Merit, and the Meritorious Service Medal.
